Bulletin Deadlines
The bulletin deadline is the Friday nine days before publication on a Sunday. This enables us to prepare the bulletin early in the week and meet the printing deadline.
There are sometimes earlier deadlines due to vacations or holidays. A schedule is published quarterly and available to staff and parish groups. Please contact Cathy Crino if you wish to receive the schedule.
Submission Guidelines
Priority is given to parish events and information.
Please submit copy digitally in a text or Word format. (In the body of an email is fine.) If there is artwork to be included, please attach the jpeg or gif file.
We reserve the right to edit items.
We are glad to publicize outside events, if we feel that they will be of interest to our parishioners. We cannot guarantee publication, but will include them on a space available basis.
We will include notices from parishioners about items such as rentals, want ads, etc. We will not run these more than three weeks. They are also run on a space available basis.
